- Where does PropKaki get its data?Public records — URA, HDB, SLA, JTC, CEA, ACRA and data.gov.sg.
- How up to date is PropKaki's data?As current as the agencies publish — and each dataset moves at its own pace.
- Can PropKaki read a file or photo I send?Yes — documents to 25 MB, images to 5 MB, PDFs to 10 pages.
- How do I ask about a specific block or condo?Name it, and add the flat type. That is the whole trick.
- How do I tell PropKaki about my situation?Account Settings, then Personalisation. Five fields, and answers change.
