How do I tell PropKaki about my situation?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

Open Account Settings and pick Personalisation. There are five fields: Looking for, Budget range, Preferred areas, Bedrooms and Timeline. Filling them means you stop repeating yourself, and answers arrive already shaped around what you are actually doing.

Five fields, filled once. It is the difference between a general answer and one about you.

Where is it?

Open Account Settings and pick Personalisation — the second of the 9 tabs.

Everything on it is optional.

What are the fields?

5 of them:

  • Looking for — buying, selling, renting.
  • Budget range
  • Preferred areas
  • Bedrooms
  • Timeline

Fill in what you know. Blanks are fine — PropKaki simply asks when it needs one.

What does it change?

Answers start from your situation instead of asking for it every time.

Ask is this a good time to sell? with a timeline and an area on file and you get an answer about your position, not a general one about the market.

Can I just say it in the chat instead?

Yes — telling PropKaki in the conversation works perfectly.

The difference is that the settings carry across every chat and every device, so you say it once rather than at the top of each conversation.

Who can see it?

Only you. It is used to shape your own answers.

It is not shown to agents, and it is not part of your public profile if you have one.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
