PropKaki may allow users to forward client messages through WhatsApp or other messaging channels. Messages you send may be processed to generate draft replies.

You should avoid sending highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you are comfortable doing so.

Paid subscriptions and payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers.

Payment information is processed in accordance with the payment provider's own privacy policy and security practices.

We may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools, to understand how users interact with PropKaki, improve the service, measure marketing performance, and support advertising efforts.

These may include services such as:

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the service may not function properly if you do so.

Messages, prompts, questions, and related content submitted to PropKaki may be processed by AI and software systems to generate replies, improve functionality, maintain service quality, and support product operations.

PropKaki provides draft replies only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any reply to your clients.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate the platform, including providers for:

• Authentication and login services
• Messaging and communications
• Payments
• Cloud infrastructure and database hosting
• Analytics and performance monitoring

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or platform.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you submit client messages to PropKaki, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or legal basis to share that information.

Where possible, avoid sharing unnecessary client personal details when using the service.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information.

You may also contact us if you have questions about how your data is handled.

If you used Facebook Login, Google Login, email login, or any other supported login method to create a PropKaki account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

To request deletion, email support@propkaki.com from the email address linked to your PropKaki account.

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name, your account email address, and a short statement that you would like your PropKaki account and associated data deleted.

After we receive your request, we may verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, unless we are required or permitted to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

If you connected PropKaki using Facebook Login, you can also remove PropKaki from your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites. Removing PropKaki from Facebook does not automatically delete all data stored by PropKaki, so you should still email us if you want your PropKaki account and associated data deleted.

PropKaki may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and you should review their policies separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
