Can PropKaki read a file or photo I send?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

Send a brochure, a valuation, a statement or a photo and PropKaki will read it. Documents go up to 25 MB and PDFs up to 10 pages. An image has to be under 5 MB, and a scanned PDF counts as images rather than text, so it falls under that smaller limit.

Yes, with three numbers worth knowing before you send something large.

What can it read?

Brochures, valuations, statements, floor plans, spreadsheets, screenshots and photos.

It reads what is in them and uses it for the answer you asked for.

How big can a file be?

25 MB for something read as text, and 5 MB for something read as pictures.

Almost everything an agent handles is inside the first number.

How long can a PDF be?

10 pages in one go. Beyond that, send the key pages or a shorter export — and PropKaki says so rather than reading half and staying quiet.

Its words are: This PDF runs longer than 10 pages, which is the most I can read in one go.

Why did my scan fail when a bigger PDF worked?

A scan has no text in it — it is a stack of pictures, so it is read as images and the 5 MB limit applies rather than the 25 MB one.

A text PDF exported from Word can be several times larger and still be fine.

How many at once?

2, which is what actually goes on one message.

If you have more, send the two that matter and follow up.

Is what I send kept?

Yes. It lands in Workspace → Files, so it is there next time rather than needing sending again.

It is yours: no other agent sees it, and it is not mixed into anyone else's answers.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
