PropKaki is a messaging assistant that helps property agents draft replies to client questions, objections, follow-ups, and related real estate conversations.

The service provides draft replies for convenience only. It should not be treated as legal, financial, property, investment, or professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any reply generated by PropKaki.

You are also responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to clients is accurate, current, and appropriate for your situation.

You agree not to use PropKaki to:

• Submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent information
• Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

PropKaki uses AI systems to generate draft replies. While we aim to provide useful and relevant responses, AI-generated replies may not always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every situation.

You should independently verify important information before relying on or sending any reply.

When you submit client messages, prompts, or other content to PropKaki, you grant us permission to process that content to generate replies, improve the platform, and maintain service quality.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary and appropriate.

If you submit client messages or information to PropKaki, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or legal basis to do so.

Where possible, avoid sharing unnecessary client personal details when using the service.

Certain features of PropKaki may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans will be displayed on the platform.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing where applicable unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim to keep PropKaki available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

The PropKaki platform, including its design, software, branding, and content created by us, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the service for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform without permission.

PropKaki is designed to help improve reply quality, speed, and confidence. However, we do not guarantee that using the service will result in more leads, conversions, sales, commissions, or closed deals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropKaki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the platform.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if users violate these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the service, other users, or the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
