How do I save something PropKaki made?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

When PropKaki makes something — a card, a video, a paperwork document — there is a Save on it. Pressing it puts the file in Workspace then Files, where it stays. Ordinary chat answers are kept automatically as part of the conversation, so there is nothing to save.

Two different things get kept two different ways, and knowing which is which saves a lot of hunting.

What can I save?

Anything PropKaki produces as a file — a listing card, a video, a paperwork document.

Each one has a Save on it, and pressing it confirms Saved to Workspace.

Where does it go?

Workspace → Files, alongside everything you uploaded.

⚠️ Workspace ships collapsed in the rail, which is the usual reason people cannot find what they just saved. Click Workspace and Files is underneath.

Do I need to save an ordinary answer?

No. An answer stays in its conversation, and the conversation stays in your list.

So there is nothing to press. If you want to find it later, the chat list is searchable, and you can Rename a chat to something you will recognise.

How do I keep something outside PropKaki?

Use Share to mint a link, or download the saved file from Workspace → Files.

Sharing is the right one if somebody else needs to read it; downloading is right if you want it in your own folders.

Can I find it by what made it?

Yes. In Workspace → Files, open Show → Source and tick Made by PropKaki.

That narrows the list to exactly the things PropKaki produced, separate from your own uploads.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
