How do I organise my chats?

The Short Answer
Right-click a chat in the list, or use its menu. You get Open, Share, Rename, Pin, Archive and Delete. Rename is the one worth using — a chat called Tampines 4-room budget is findable in six months, and Chat from 12 March is not.
One menu, six verbs. Renaming is the habit worth forming.
Why rename a chat?
So you can find it again. Chats are named from how they started, which is rarely what they turned out to be about.

What does Pin do?
Pin holds it at the top, above everything else, until you Unpin it.
Use it for the two or three things you are actually working on. Pin everything and you have pinned nothing.
What is the difference between Archive and Delete?
Archive takes it out of the list but keeps it — you can Unarchive later.
Delete removes it, and takes any shared links to it down with it. Archive is what you want nearly every time.
How do I start a fresh one?
New chat, at the very top of the rail.
A new chat is worth starting when the subject genuinely changes — it keeps each conversation about one thing, which makes both of them easier to find later.
