How do I find the floor plan for a Singapore condo?

The plans are digitised from developer brochures, so they're the official layouts rather than an agent's sketch.

Can I find the floor plan for my exact unit number?

Yes — for projects with a unit-level index, enter your unit number (for example #12-25) after looking up the project, and the Floor Plan Finder maps it to the developer's unit type and shows that exact plan. The mapping comes from the developer's schedule of units in the brochure, cross-checked against per-unit records, so most units resolve directly to their layout.

What does a dual-key or dumbbell layout mean on a floor plan?

A dual-key unit has two self-contained sections — each with its own entrance and kitchenette or bath — sharing one main door and title, popular for renting one half out. A dumbbell layout places bedrooms at opposite ends with the living and dining in the middle, giving both bedrooms privacy. PropKaki tags each floor plan with these layout classes, plus features like a study, helper's room, private lift or PES, so you can compare layouts across projects.

What is a PES or ground-floor garden unit?

PES stands for Private Enclosed Space — the fenced patio or garden attached to a ground-floor condo unit. It's outdoor space you use exclusively but it's usually counted in your unit's strata area, so a PES unit's floor area reads larger than its air-conditioned interior. The Floor Plan Finder labels these plans as ground-floor PES layouts so you can spot them before viewing.

Why does my condo's floor plan show a household shelter or bay window?

A household shelter (often marked HS) is the reinforced room required in Singapore homes built from the late 1990s — most owners use it as a store room. Bay windows and planter boxes appear mainly in condos completed before around 2009, when they stopped being exempt from gross floor area rules; they add to your strata area, which is why older layouts often show them. Floor plans in the finder carry these details, which is useful when comparing usable space between projects of different eras.

Which projects are covered, and what if mine isn't yet?

Are these floor plans accurate enough to renovate or buy from?

The plans are digitised from official developer sales brochures, so layouts, orientations and unit-type labels reflect the developer's own drawings. Brochure plans are indicative, though: dimensions are approximate, mirrored variants exist, and developers occasionally revise layouts during construction. Use them to shortlist and compare — then confirm against the developer's title-deed plan or a site measurement before committing to renovation works or a purchase.
