What the Amenities Finder does
The Amenities Finder shows you what's around any Singapore home — the nearest MRT stations, schools, malls, parks, supermarkets and clinics, and how far each one is. Search any condo, HDB block or address and you'll see exactly how connected a location is, so you can judge it on real proximity instead of an agent's 'near MRT'. It also has a Commercial & Industrial mode: search an office tower, shophouse, factory or warehouse to see its surroundings from an occupier's angle — transport, food, business parks and ports, with nearby competing retail premises shown separately as competition, never as selling points.
Everything nearby, ranked
MRT, schools, malls, parks, supermarkets and more — ordered by how close they actually are.
Distance, not vibes
Real distance to each amenity, so 'near MRT' becomes an actual number you can check.

Finding Amenities Near a Property in Singapore
How do I check what amenities are near a property in Singapore — MRT, schools and malls?
PropKaki's Property Amenities Finder shows every nearby amenity for any Singapore location, free and with no account needed. Enter a condo name, postal code, street address or landmark and it lists the closest MRT and LRT stations, bus stops, schools, shopping malls, supermarkets, hawker centres, parks, healthcare facilities and community and sports facilities — each with its straight-line distance in metres and an estimated walking time, plotted on an interactive map.
How do I find condos and homes near an MRT station in Singapore?
Search a condo, address, postal code or landmark in PropKaki's Property Amenities Finder and it returns the nearest MRT and LRT stations ranked by distance, so you can see how close a home sits to the rail network. MRT and LRT stations are shown within about 1 km of the searched location, with each station's distance in metres and an estimated walking time, so a property roughly 300–500 m from a station reads as genuinely walkable to it.
How can I check which primary schools are within 1km of a property in Singapore?
PropKaki's Property Amenities Finder lists the schools near any Singapore location with the straight-line distance to each, so you can see which fall within 1 km. The 1 km and 1–2 km straight-line bands matter for MOE Primary 1 registration, where children living within 1 km of a school get the highest distance-based priority in the balloting phases. Schools are surfaced within roughly 2 km of the searched location.
How far is a property from the nearest MRT, and how is the distance measured?
PropKaki's Property Amenities Finder reports the distance to each amenity as the straight-line (as-the-crow-flies) distance in metres between the searched location and the amenity. Walking time is an estimate, not routed directions: it applies a 1.25 detour factor to that straight-line distance to approximate real walking paths and assumes about 4.8 km/h, a typical adult pace. Actual time varies with crossings, sheltered walkways and your own speed.
How far does the amenities finder search, and what counts as walkable?
PropKaki's Property Amenities Finder searches within roughly 2 km of a Singapore location, using tighter limits per category to reflect what is genuinely walkable. Bus stops show within 500 m; clinics, supermarkets, hawker centres, parks, MRT stations and community clubs within about 1 km; and schools, shopping malls and sports facilities within about 2 km.
What types of amenities does PropKaki's amenities finder cover?
PropKaki's Property Amenities Finder covers MRT and LRT stations, bus stops, schools, shopping malls, supermarkets, hawker centres, parks, healthcare facilities (clinics, polyclinics and hospitals), community clubs and sports facilities for any Singapore location. Each category appears as its own tab in the results so you can focus on one amenity type at a time.
Why can't the amenities finder locate my condo or project by name?
Location lookups in PropKaki's Property Amenities Finder are powered by OneMap, Singapore's national map service, which resolves postal codes, street addresses and landmarks very reliably but may not recognise every condo or project name as a searchable place. If a project name returns nothing, search by its postal code or street address instead — those always resolve. Amenity data is drawn from PropKaki's amenities database of public facilities, with mapping and geocoding from OneMap (Singapore Land Authority).
What does the Commercial & Industrial tab show, and why is it separate?
The Commercial & Industrial tab searches a specific building — an office tower, shophouse, factory or warehouse — and shows what surrounds it from an occupier's point of view: MRT and transport, food centres, business parks, education, hotels and ports. It is separate because the priorities differ from a home search, and because of one thing a residential search never needs: for commercial property, nearby retail premises are shown in their own 'competing premises' list — a mall next to your shop unit competes for the same footfall, so it is listed as competition, never as a selling point. Industrial buildings show 'not applicable' there instead: a factory has no retail catchment, so competitor proximity isn't modelled at all.
