The Project Details Finder pulls the key facts on any Singapore condo or HDB project into one place — tenure, the developer, year of completion (TOP), total units, the unit mix, district and planning area. Search a project to get a clean fact sheet instead of piecing it together from listing ads, whether you're researching a home to buy or briefing a client before a viewing.

Tenure, TOP Year and Developer of Singapore Projects
How do I find a Singapore condo's tenure, TOP year and developer?
PropKaki's Project Details Finder shows the cold facts of any Singapore condo or HDB block, free and with no account needed. Search a project by name and it returns the tenure (freehold or 99-year leasehold), the completion year (TOP), the developer and architect, the address and postal code, total units, blocks, storeys, planning area and unit mix — wherever the data is available.
Is a condo freehold or leasehold, and how do I check in Singapore?
To check whether a Singapore condo is freehold or leasehold, search it in PropKaki's Project Details Finder, which lists each project's tenure. Freehold means ownership has no expiry; leasehold is usually a 99-year lease from the start date, after which the land reverts to the state — so a 99-year condo's remaining lease shortens over time and affects financing and resale value. Most newer private condos are 99-year leasehold; freehold tends to command a premium.
When did a condo get its TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) in Singapore?
PropKaki's Project Details Finder shows the completion year of a Singapore project, which corresponds to its TOP. The Temporary Occupation Permit is the milestone at which a development is certified safe to occupy and owners can collect keys and move in — so the TOP year is effectively the project's age. Search a condo or HDB block by name to see its completion year alongside its other project facts.
What is the unit mix of a condo, and how do I find it?
A condo's unit mix is the breakdown of how many units of each type and size it has — for example one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses. PropKaki's Project Details Finder shows the unit mix of a Singapore project alongside its total units, blocks and storeys, so you can gauge the development's scale and whether it suits your buyer. Search the project by name to view it where the data is available.
How do I look up an HDB block's details, and why do they differ from a condo's?
Search an HDB block in PropKaki's Project Details Finder using a format like "Block 109 Canberra Walk" or "289 Bishan St 24". HDB and condo data come from different sources, so the fields differ: condos carry developer, architect, land size and plot ratio, while HDB blocks are described at block level with year of completion, storey count, dwelling units and an HDB town code that PropKaki spells out for you (for example AMK becomes Ang Mo Kio).
How do I compare the details of two or three Singapore projects side by side?
In PropKaki's Project Details Finder, load one Singapore project, then use the "Compare with another project" panel to add up to two more. Condos and HDB blocks can be compared together; rows that don't apply to one side simply show a dash. If a project is identifiable but has no detailed records yet, it appears as a "Limited data" column, and if a project can't be found at all, an explanation shows above the table.
Can I look up facilities or landed homes in the Project Details Finder?
Facilities such as pools, gyms and BBQ pavilions are not in PropKaki's Project Details Finder — they live in the separate Property Facilities Finder, since the data differs in shape. The Project Details Finder currently covers Singapore condos and HDB blocks; landed homes are in PropKaki's directory but their detail records aren't ready for display yet and will be added once the data quality matches the rest of the finder.
Can I look up a commercial or industrial building's details?
Yes. Search a building by name, address or postal code — an office tower, shophouse, factory or warehouse — and the finder shows its facts: address, tenure and remaining lease, land-use zone and gross plot ratio, conservation status, recorded sale history since 1995, and how many companies are registered at the address per ACRA. Two honest caveats: a company registered at an address doesn't necessarily occupy it, and building age is deliberately not shown — completion years are on record for under 1% of Singapore's commercial stock, so any age figure would be a guess.
