What's a credit?
One credit is a simple question. Heavier work draws down more — a premium valuation is a few credits, a Slides deck around ten, a Listing Video around twenty. You get one credit balance shared across the web app and WhatsApp.
Which plan is right for me?
Start on Free. Choose Kaki if you're buying, selling, renting or letting your own place and want deeper answers. Choose Agent if you're a licensed CEA agent producing work for clients. Choose Enterprise for an agency team or brokerage.
Is the WhatsApp assistant only for agents?
Yes — the WhatsApp assistant is included on Agent and Enterprise. Free and Kaki use the web app.
What are personalised research reports?
On-demand, data-backed reports tailored to your situation — a neighbourhood deep-dive, an investment case, a market outlook. Included on Kaki, Agent and Enterprise.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes. Pick monthly or yearly (yearly gives you 2 months free) at checkout, and upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On paid plans you can top up with a credit pack or let usage auto-bump to the next tier. On Free you'll be prompted to upgrade.
Are prices GST-inclusive?
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. GST is applied where required.
