Connect Meta Lead Ads

1. Open Extensions → Connectors and open the Meta Lead Ads card.
2. A Facebook window opens — sign in and choose the Page you advertise from.
3. Allow PropKaki to read the leads from your own forms.

Done. The next person who fills in your form appears in your list.

Your ads keep running exactly as they do now, and nobody else sees your leads. If the card says it is not switched on yet, it opens once Meta has approved our app — there is nothing for you to do until then.

It reads the leads your forms collect. It never posts, and it never creates or changes an ad.

What arrives is the person and the answers they gave, under Prospecting in the left rail, within minutes of them submitting — along with the campaign they came from, so you know which ad brought them.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms both come through the Page you connect. There is no separate Instagram connector to find.

The card says it plainly: no Page came back that you can advertise on.

Lead forms belong to the Page that runs the ads, so being an admin of a Page is not always enough — you need advertising access on it. Ask whoever manages the Page to give you that, then open the card again.

If the window closed without finishing instead, the card says that separately: it was cancelled, or the permissions were not granted. That one is worth simply trying again.

Disconnecting stops Meta sending new leads. The people already in your list stay exactly where they are, with everything they told you.

The card also turns itself into a warning rather than going quiet. If access to the Page is removed at Facebook's end, or the connection expires, the Page shows Reconnect or Not receiving rather than continuing to look healthy — which is the difference between a quiet week and a broken connector.

If leads stop arriving, that card is the first place to look.
