What is a connector?

The Short Answer
A connector links PropKaki to an account you already have — your WhatsApp number, your mailbox, your Drive, your ad forms, your listing portals — or hands ChatGPT or Claude a door into PropKaki. There are thirteen, all optional; connecting one lets PropKaki act for you rather than hand things back.
Every card in Extensions → Connectors is a door: eleven into an account you already own, and two the other way.
What can I connect?
Thirteen, in Extensions → Connectors, in the order they appear:
- PropertyGuru, 2. EdgeProp, 3. 99.co — enquiries on your listings.
- WhatsApp — your own number.
- Meta Lead Ads — your Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
- Gmail, 7. Outlook, 8. Zoho Mail, 11. Other Email — send from your own address.
- Google Drive — attach a brochure or floor plan straight from your Drive.
- Telegram — where PropKaki's alerts reach you.
- ChatGPT, 13. Claude — the AI you already use, answering from PropKaki.
They read as four groups: where leads come in, where you send from, the two that serve you rather than a client — and the AI you ask, reaching PropKaki.
Is a listing portal connector different from the rest?
Every other card asks you to sign in somewhere: a mailbox, a Google account, a Facebook page. The three portal cards ask for nothing at the portal.
That is because a portal enquiry already reaches you as a WhatsApp message the buyer sends themselves. PropKaki reads what arrives on your own connected number, so what a portal card needs is your WhatsApp number connected — and nothing at PropertyGuru, EdgeProp or 99.co changes at all.
Do I have to connect anything?
No. With nothing connected, PropKaki still writes every message — it just hands each one back to you to send, opening in your own WhatsApp or mail app.
Connecting is what lets it deliver on your behalf. It is a convenience, not a requirement.
Does connecting change who my client hears from?
No. Your client sees your number or your email address, never a PropKaki one. That is true of every connector.
What changes is who presses send.
