What is a team in PropKaki?

Updated 22 October 2026

The Short Answer

A team is a few agents who each keep their own PropKaki account and work on each other's clients. One person hosts: Basic hosts up to 3 agents, Pro 10 and Max 20, the host included. Joining costs nothing on any plan, Free included. Whatever you do in a teammate's account goes out from it and is paid by it.

Nothing is merged: a team opens accounts to each other, it never pools them into one.

What is a team?

One person hosts the team and invites the others from Account Settings → Team → Teammates. Everyone who accepts keeps their own account — their own clients, WhatsApp number, credits and plan.

What joining changes is who can work in your account:

  • The host gives each member one role, and it applies in every other account in the team — the host's and every other member's. See What can teammates do in each other's accounts?
  • The host can work in every member's account at Full Access, except connecting or disconnecting their channels.

You can be in one team at a time.

Who can host a team, and how big can it be?

PlanCan joinCan hostBiggest team
FreeYesNo—
BasicYesYes3 agents
ProYesYes10 agents
MaxYesYes20 agents
EnterpriseYesYesany size

The number counts you, the host, so Basic is you and 2 others. An invite that has not been answered yet takes a place too. Beside + Add Teammate you see the count, such as 1 of 10 used on Pro.

On Free the same line reads Free doesn't include teammates yet — Basic includes 3., with See Plans beside it.

Who can join a team?

Anyone whose PropKaki account is verified, as an agent or as agency staff. Their plan does not matter, Free included, and joining costs nothing. Their own plan only decides what they can do in their own account.

Two limits:

  • Clients can only be handed to licensed agents, so agency staff can work in the team but cannot receive a hand-off.
  • An assistant on someone's account can neither host nor join. See Assistants or teammates — which do I need?

Where do I work once I am in a team?

The Operating As switcher in the top bar, beside your picture, has three kinds of place:

  1. Your own account — your name, plain.
  2. A teammate's account — their name, in amber. You see their things, as far as your role reaches.
  3. Team — in blue. Inbox, Prospecting, Files and Schedule show everyone's in one list, each row tagged with whose it is.

See Switch to a teammate's account and See your whole team in Team view.

What does the team never see?

Some things stay yours whatever the role: your AI chats, Alerts, the bell, every Account Settings tab (Styles and Billing included), your private files under Workspace → Files, and what your account spends. Export Everything, Verification and Public Listing stay with each account's own holder too.

There are no team alerts. Everyone keeps their own, so a new lead in the host's account alerts the host, on the host's settings. See What does my team never see?

Who pays when I work in a teammate's account?

Every action lands in one account and is paid by it. A reply you send in a teammate's account goes out from their number and uses their credits, and the client only ever sees their name and number.

Inside PropKaki, the message is signed with your name, so your teammate can see who replied.

Is this the same as the Team section on My Page?

No. The Team section of My Page (Configure Page → Team, + Add a Teammate) only puts colleagues' cards on your public website. It gives them no access to your account and sends them nothing.

A PropKaki team is set up in Account Settings → Team → Teammates, and is what lets agents work in each other's accounts. See Add your team to your website for the other one.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
