Add your team to your website

The Short Answer

Press Add a Teammate and type their CEA licence, their PropKaki handle or just their name, then their position. A name searches the CEA register so you can pick the right person. The CEA badge on a teammate's card only appears when the register confirms that licence.

One field does three different jobs, and the badge is the part nobody gets to decide.

How do I add someone?

Press the dashed Add a Teammate on the page, or + Add a Teammate in Configure Page → Team. The row has 2 cells:

  1. Licence, handle or nameR012345Z, @their-handle, or Marcus Luah.
  2. Position — whatever you call it: Associate, Marketing, Co-broke Partner.

+ Add Another Teammate for the next, up to 12, then Add once.

What does each of the three do?

A CEA licence or a PropKaki @handle resolves to one person straight away, and their name, agency and picture come with them.

A name searches the CEA register and lists the matches under the row — press the right one and it fills in the licence. It is ranked, so the person you probably mean is near the top, and it only lists agents with transactions on the record.

If nothing is found, the name is taken as typed and they get a card with their initials.

Why did the CEA badge disappear from a teammate?

The badge is the register's statement, not yours, and it is re-checked every time your page saves. A licence the register does not confirm is dropped from the row and the badge goes with it.

So a licence typed in by hand, or one with a digit out of place, will not stick. Their card stays on your page with their name, photo and position — it simply carries no badge. Add them by picking them from the search and the licence comes back correct.

Can a teammate be contacted from my page?

No. A teammate's card carries their photo, name, position and badge — and nothing to press.

There is no WhatsApp door and no link to their own page. Every enquiry from your website comes to you, which is the point of showing a team on it.

Do they have to be on PropKaki?

No. A teammate who has a PropKaki account brings their photo and display name automatically; one who does not is added by name and shown with initials.

Nothing is sent to them, they are not asked to accept, and they are not notified. The card is yours.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
