Switch to a teammate's account

The Short Answer
Use the Operating As switcher in the top bar, beside your picture. It names whose things are on the screen: your name, a teammate's in amber, or Team in blue. Pick a teammate and you land on the same screen in their account. What you do there goes out from their account and uses their credits.
The switcher always names whose things are on the screen, so check it before you press anything.
Where is the switcher?
In the top bar, just left of your picture, reading OPERATING AS over a full name. It only appears once there is another account you can work in: someone has joined your team or you have joined theirs, or you assist someone who has.
It shows on Inbox, Prospecting, Leads, My Page, Workspace → Files and Schedule, and Extensions → Connectors, Reply Assistants, Templates and Automations. It is not on New chat and your AI chats, Agents, Free Tools or Alerts, which are always yours. Hiding it never forgets your pick.
How do I switch?
- Press the switcher.
- Pick from the menu: your own name with You under it, each teammate whose account you can work in, or Team — Inbox, Prospecting, Files and Schedule, everyone's in one list.
- The page reloads in the new place. A tick marks where you are.
A teammate whose every area is No Access to you is not in the menu.
Where do I land?
- A person — the same screen in their account, on its list, never inside a client.
- A screen your role hides there — the first screen you can see, in sidebar order.
- Team, from Inbox, Prospecting, Files or Schedule — the same screen, merged.
- Team, from My Page, Leads or an Extensions screen — the Team Inbox, because only those four lists merge.
What do the name and colour mean?

In Team, My Page, Leads and the Extensions screens show your own things, so the switcher shows your own name there.
What changes while I work in their account?
- The sidebar shows only the areas your role reaches, and controls above your level are greyed.
- Messages go out from their number on their credits, and drafts write as them, in their voice.
- Workspace → Files shows only their file shelf; your private files are at home and in Team.
- Uploads offer My Files and Upload from Computer — not Google Drive.
- Account Settings stays your own: Usage, Billing and Verification there are yours, not theirs.
Does PropKaki remember which account I picked?
The same sign-in keeps your pick, even after you close the browser, for up to 30 days. Signing in again starts you as yourself.
If your access ends while you are working — you left, or were removed — the next thing you press says You no longer have access to this account. and you are back in your own.
