How does PropKaki actually send a message?

The Short Answer
A message goes one of three ways: on your connected WhatsApp number, from your connected mailbox, or handed back to you to send yourself. Which one depends on what you have connected and what you have on the person — nothing is ever sent from a PropKaki address.
There are three, and the one you get depends on what is connected.
What are the three ways?
- On your WhatsApp number — if you have connected it, PropKaki delivers the message itself.
- From your mailbox — if you have connected email, it sends from your address, and replies come back to you.
- Handed to you — if neither is connected for that person, the message opens in your own WhatsApp or mail app, already written, for you to press send.
All three end with your client hearing from you.
What decides which one I get?
Two things:
- What you have connected in Extensions → Connectors.
- What you have on that person — a phone number routes to WhatsApp, an email address to email.
If the channel is not connected, the message is marked opens in your own app and handed to you instead. Nothing is lost.
Does anything ever send from a PropKaki address?
No. Your client sees your number or your email address, never PropKaki's. That is true on all three routes.
On the third route you are literally the one pressing send.
Does the route change the price?
No. A send is 1 credit per person on any route.
A message handed back to you draws its credit the same way, because PropKaki still did the work of preparing it for that person.
