What do I put in the blanks?

The Short Answer
A blank is a piece that changes per person, like their name or their property. PropKaki fills each one from that person's own record when it sends. If a record has nothing for a blank, that person's message is held rather than sent with a gap in it.
Blanks are what stop a template being a mass message. They are also the usual reason one person will not send.
What is a blank for?
A piece of the sentence that changes from person to person: their name, the property they are looking at, a date you agreed.
PropKaki fills each one from that person's own record at the moment it sends, so forty people get forty different messages from one template.
Where do the values come from?
From the person's record. Whatever is saved against them in Prospecting is what fills the blank.
So improving a record improves every future message to that person, with nothing to re-sync.
What if someone has nothing for a blank?
That person's message is held, marked a blank with nothing to put in it. Everyone whose record can fill it still sends.
Two fixes: add the detail to that person, or remove that blank from the message — removing it clears everyone at once.
Does every template need a blank?
Every template has to address the person, so their name is required.
Beyond that, use blanks for what genuinely varies. A template with six blanks is six chances for someone's message to be held.
