What is on a prospect's profile?

Updated 29 September 2026

The Short Answer

Their Profile tab opens on a strip — Readiness, Value, Follow-Up and Status — then Search and Show, then up to seven cards of what you know, each detail a tile. Homes sit on Properties, titled by their role; the units they asked about are one list on Deal Progress. A card appears only once it holds something.

Apart from the strip at the top, a detail shows only once it holds something, so a new prospect's profile is short.

What is the strip at the top?

Four things sit across the top of every profile, filled or not:

What it isTo change it
ReadinessHow soon they are likely to movePress it and pick a level, or press Set Readiness
ValueHow big the deal could bePress it and pick a level, or press Set Value
Follow-UpThe day you mean to get back to themPress it for a calendar, or press Set a Date
StatusHow they came to you, such as Enquired First or Added by You, or that they have UnsubscribedNothing to pick

The ⓘ beside the first three says what each one means. To clear a level or a date, point at it, press ✕, then Remove?.

How do I find one detail quickly?

Under the strip, Search finds a detail by its name or by what it means, across every card: typing ipa finds IPA. When nothing matches it says so, for example No field matches “ipazz”.

Show: All Cards narrows the profile to one card. Its menu lists each card that holds something, with how many details are on it. Pick All Cards to bring everything back.

The row appears once the profile holds something to search.

What are the seven cards?

They come in this order, each only once it holds something:

  1. General Information: who they are
  2. Family and Plans: the people behind the decision and what is happening in their lives
  3. Finances and Eligibility: what they can pay, where it comes from, and what the rules let them buy
  4. Properties: each home they are linked to
  5. Search Details: what they are looking for, to buy or to rent
  6. Deal Progress: how the deal is going
  7. Agreements and Contact: your history with them and your read on them, ending with your Notes

Every detail is a tile: its name, with an ⓘ that says what it means, over its value. A long value takes a wider tile. Point at a tile for its pencil and ✕.

How are their homes shown?

Each home on Properties is titled by how they are linked to it: Lives In, Owns, Selling, Renting Out, Renting or Business Premises. A home they live in and are selling reads Lives In · Selling.

Under the title are its address and a line with its dates: when its MOP is reached, when its SSD clears, and the years of lease left. The MOP and SSD dates show only for a home they own. Then come the home's own details, its own To Find Out and its own + Add Fields.

A home saved before these links existed keeps its address as its title.

Where are the units they asked about?

At the foot of Deal Progress, under Units. Each unit they asked about, mentioned, saved or viewed is one row, even when two details name it. The row gives the unit, how they met it (Asked About, Mentioned, Saved or Viewed, whichever is the most they did) and the date. The one the deal is about is marked The Unit, and a small link mark means it has a portal listing.

To add one, press + Add a Unit, type the unit, pick Mentioned, Saved or Viewed, and press Save. Point at a row for its pencil and ✕. Before Deal Progress holds anything, add the first unit with + Add Fields.

What is To Find Out?

When you add details with + Add Fields and leave some empty, they wait under To Find Out, near the foot of the profile. It is the one place an empty detail shows. Press a line's pencil to fill it in, or ✕ to drop it. A home's own lines sit on that home.

A line goes by itself once the detail is filled, however it arrives: typed by you, read from a chat, or imported.

Under it are + Add Fields, + Add a Property, and + Add Notes while you have no notes.
