Why can't PropKaki send to this person?

PropKaki has this person in your book, but not a way to reach them on the channel you chose. A WhatsApp send needs a phone number; an email send needs an email address.

The fix: open Prospecting, open the person, and add the missing one. Or switch the send to the channel they do have.

If you imported your contacts and see this on many people at once, the import mapped the wrong column — re-import with the phone or email column matched correctly, and they clear together.

Your message contains a blank — a piece that changes per person, like their property or a date. PropKaki fills each blank from that person's own record. If the record has nothing for it, the message to that person is held rather than sent with a gap in it.

The fix, either:

1. Open Prospecting and fill in the missing detail on that person.
2. Rewrite the message without that blank.

Option 2 clears everyone at once, which is usually the quicker of the two when several people are waiting on the same blank.

PropKaki has written the message but has no connected channel to send it on, so it hands it back to you — the message opens in your own WhatsApp or your own mail app, already written, for you to press send.

The fix, if you want PropKaki to send: open Extensions → Connectors and connect that channel.

Until then everything still works; you are the one pressing send, and nothing is delivered on your behalf.

WhatsApp lets you reply freely to anyone who has messaged you in the last 24 hours. After that it will only deliver a message whose wording has already been approved. That is the rule, and there are two ways past it.

The fix, either:

1. Send an approved template instead.
2. Wait for them to write to you — that reopens the 24 hours.

If you do not have a template yet, open Extensions → Templates and create one. Approval usually takes minutes.

It is WhatsApp's 24-hour rule on Messenger and Instagram, with one difference: there are no templates there, so there is nothing to send instead.

You can reply within 24 hours of their last message in that conversation. After that Meta takes no reply from PropKaki, and the Inbox says so:

[Their name] hasn't written on Messenger in 24 hours, so Meta won't let you send a message.

The fix: press Copy the Message to keep what you wrote, and wait for them to write again — a new message from them reopens the 24 hours. Nothing else does: a WhatsApp message or an email from the same person does not count.

You can only reply on Messenger or Instagram to someone who wrote to you there first; PropKaki cannot start a conversation on either.

You have attached a file over 3 MB, and that is the most an email will carry. PropKaki holds it instead of sending, because a message that bounces at the far end looks to your client like you never wrote.

The fix, either:

1. Send that person on WhatsApp instead, which carries larger files.
2. Share the file as a link and keep the email itself short.

Only the people with the oversized attachment are held. Everyone whose message fits has already gone.

Their number is on the Do Not Call Registry's No Text Message register — or, for a call, the No Voice Call register — so PropKaki won't send this for you.

The fix, if you have a reason to contact them: send it yourself with Send Manually — Open in WhatsApp, or Call Them Myself for a call. Otherwise press Skip, and nothing goes out.

If it says couldn't be checked against the Do Not Call Registry instead, the registry didn't answer just now. It does not mean they are on it. Try again in a moment, or send it yourself if you have a reason to contact them.

Credits are drawn when a message actually goes out, and a held message never went out. If a batch of forty has three held messages, you are charged for the thirty-seven that sent.

Fixing one and sending it afterwards charges it then, once.
