Reply to a client from Chats

The Short Answer
Open the conversation in Chats and reply in the box at the bottom. It goes out on the same channel they wrote in on, from your own number or address. Each message you send costs 1 credit.
Replying is the same as any messaging app, with one thing to know about the price.
How do I reply?
Open Chats, pick the person, and type in the box at the bottom of the conversation.
It goes out on the channel they wrote in on, from your own number or your own address — never from a PropKaki one.
What does replying cost?
1 credit per message. Four replies in one conversation is 4 credits.
It is per message rather than per conversation, so a long back-and-forth costs more than a single considered answer — which is usually the better reply anyway.
Do my bot's replies cost me anything?
Your bot's replies are priced by the mode you switched on: 2 credits each on Advisor, 1 on Secretary, and nothing on Auto-Reply.
The messages you send from Chats are separate, at 1 each.
