Send a template from your Inbox

1. In your Inbox, open the conversation with the client.
2. Press the templates icon beside the reply box. It shows for WhatsApp, with someone in your book.
3. Under Choose a Template, pick one marked Approved by Meta. One marked Waiting on Meta can be picked too.
4. Leave the words in the reply box as they are and press send. Changing them makes it your own message, which waits for Meta.
5. If they haven't written in 24 hours, PropKaki asks once more. For an approved template, This will go as a template: press Send the Template. For one still with Meta, Meta needs to approve this first: press Send Once Meta Approves.

It worked when the message shows in the conversation. One still with Meta shows as Waiting for Meta’s approval, with Cancel.

WhatsApp lets you reply freely for 24 hours after a client messages you. After that it only delivers wording Meta has approved.

Type a plain reply anyway and PropKaki asks before anything goes: Meta needs to approve this first. You have three choices:

• Send Once Meta Approves — your message goes to Meta exactly as written, and to the client the moment it's approved, usually within a day.
• Send Manually — Open in WhatsApp — send it yourself now.
• Copy the Message.

An approved template goes as soon as you confirm. One still with Meta can be picked too: the client gets it from your number as soon as Meta approves it, and PropKaki tells you when it does.

While it waits, your message shows in the conversation as Waiting for Meta’s approval, with Cancel if you change your mind.

You don't need one to reply. Send Once Meta Approves sends your own words to Meta as their own template.

For messages you send often, press Write a New One at the foot of the picker, or open Extensions → Templates, so two or three are approved before you need them — the picker says Meta usually approves one within a day. If the client writes back before your waiting message goes, it is cancelled and the conversation says so; your reply is then free to write.

Not in credits: 1 credit per message, the same as any other reply from your Inbox, and only for a message that went. When the client hasn't written in 24 hours, the picker also says it goes as a template — your WhatsApp account is billed for it.
