Connect EdgeProp

Updated 7 September 2026

The Short Answer

Open Extensions then Connectors and open the EdgeProp card. There is nothing to set up at EdgeProp and no login to give. What it needs is your WhatsApp number connected, because an EdgeProp enquiry reaches you as a WhatsApp message the buyer sends themselves.

An EdgeProp message says less than a PropertyGuru one, and PropKaki makes up most of the difference from the listing you posted.

How do I connect EdgeProp?

  1. Connect your WhatsApp number first — it is where EdgeProp buyers message you.
  2. Open Extensions → Connectors and open the EdgeProp card.
  3. Press Turn On.

That is the whole setup. Nothing changes at EdgeProp, and there is nothing to switch on there.

If your number is not connected yet, the card shows Connect WhatsApp instead and takes you to the WhatsApp card first.

Why does it need my WhatsApp number?

A buyer on one of your EdgeProp listings fills in their name, email and mobile, and EdgeProp then opens WhatsApp to your own number with the message already written:

Hi, I saw your listing for AMBERWOOD AT HOLLAND … on EdgeProp.sg. Could you send me more information on it? Thank you.

They send it themselves, so it lands on your line like any other WhatsApp. PropKaki spots those and files the person under Prospecting in the left rail, with the listing they asked about.

With no WhatsApp number connected there is nothing to watch, which is why the card asks for that first.

Why does an EdgeProp lead say less than a PropertyGuru one?

EdgeProp writes the shortest message of the three portals. It carries the project name and the listing link — no asking price, no unit size, no sale-or-rent, and it does not greet you by name.

It also ends in a fixed sentence, with nowhere for the buyer to add a line of their own. So where a PropertyGuru enquiry often arrives with the buyer's own question attached, an EdgeProp one usually will not. That is EdgeProp's message, not something PropKaki dropped.

The name, email and mobile the buyer typed into EdgeProp's form stay at EdgeProp. What reaches you is the WhatsApp they sent.

How does PropKaki fill in the rest?

The EdgeProp link carries the listing's own reference, so PropKaki looks that listing up among yours and fills in what the message left out — sale or rent, the asking price, and the unit.

Two rules it keeps:

  • What the buyer wrote always wins. PropKaki only fills a blank; it never overwrites a figure that was in the message.
  • A miss costs you nothing. If the listing is not found, the enquiry is filed exactly as it arrived. The person is never held up for the extra details.

This is why an EdgeProp lead usually reads about as complete as a PropertyGuru one by the time you see it.

How do I know it is working?

The card has two honest states, and neither needs anything from you.

Listening — nothing has come in yet. The card says Waiting for your first lead from EdgeProp, and your next enquiry will appear in your list on its own.

Working — leads are arriving, and the card names the date of the last one.

There is no test to send here, because the trigger is a real buyer messaging your number. That is also why the card will not say Connected: every other connector can be tested the moment you set it up, and this one cannot until someone actually enquires. Listening on a quiet week is the card working, not a fault to chase.

Do I still get EdgeProp's own notifications?

EdgeProp carries on exactly as it does now. Its emails still arrive, its app still notifies you, and the buyer's WhatsApp message still lands on your phone the way it always did.

PropKaki does not sit in the middle of any of that. It reads the message arriving on your own connected line and files the person alongside it.

Turning the card off stops the filing and changes nothing else. People already in your list stay where they are.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
