What happens to a PropertyGuru enquiry?

The Short Answer
PropKaki reads the portal's enquiry notification, pulls out who enquired and what about, and adds them to your prospect list. From there they are an ordinary prospect — you can write to them, group them and follow up.
The point is to skip the retyping. Here is what actually happens to one.
Where does the enquiry end up?
In Prospecting, as a person — with what they enquired about kept against their record.
They are an ordinary prospect from that moment: you can write to them, add them to a group, and keep notes.
What details come across?
Who enquired and what they enquired about, as far as the portal's message carries them.
The portals differ here. One writes a full message — the property, the unit, the asking price, whether it is for sale or rent. Another writes little more than a project name and a link.
Where the message is thin and it carries a reference to the listing, PropKaki looks that listing up among yours and fills in what was left out. What the buyer wrote always wins — PropKaki only fills a blank, and never overwrites something the message already said. If the listing is not found, the enquiry is filed exactly as it arrived.
How quickly does it arrive?
As the notification arrives. There is no overnight batch, which matters for a portal enquiry where being first is most of the job.
Can I write to them straight away?
