Connect 99.co

Updated 7 September 2026

The Short Answer

Open Extensions then Connectors and open the 99.co card. There is nothing to set up at 99.co and no login to give. It needs your WhatsApp number connected. A 99.co buyer messages 99.co first, then taps Chat with Agent to reach you — PropKaki files the ones who tap through.

99.co puts one step between the buyer and your number, and that step decides which enquiries PropKaki can file for you.

How do I connect 99.co?

  1. Connect your WhatsApp number first — it is where 99.co buyers reach you.
  2. Open Extensions → Connectors and open the 99.co card.
  3. Press Turn On.

That is the whole setup. Nothing changes at 99.co, and there is nothing to switch on there.

If your number is not connected yet, the card shows Connect WhatsApp instead and takes you to the WhatsApp card first.

Why does a 99.co enquiry take an extra step?

On a 99.co listing, the Whatsapp button opens a chat with 99.co's own number rather than yours. 99.co replies to the buyer straight away, says it has forwarded the enquiry to you by name, and gives them a Chat with Agent button.

Tapping that button opens an ordinary WhatsApp to your own number, with a message 99.co has written:

Hi [your name], I want to learn more about this listing: … 2 Bed Condo for sale in The Bayshore S$1,400,000 …

The buyer sends it themselves, from their own number, and it lands on your line like any other WhatsApp. PropKaki files that person under Prospecting in the left rail, with the property and the asking price they were looking at.

Does PropKaki catch every 99.co enquiry?

PropKaki files the buyers who tap Chat with Agent. A buyer who messages 99.co and stops there never reaches your WhatsApp, so there is nothing on your line to file.

That tap is a deliberate second step, so the ones who take it are the more interested half — but it does mean your 99.co list will be shorter than the enquiry count 99.co itself shows you.

99.co also tells the buyer it has forwarded the enquiry to you. Where that forward goes, and whether it reaches you at all, is 99.co's own — PropKaki reads only what arrives on your connected number.

What does a 99.co lead arrive with?

99.co's message is a full one. It greets you by name and carries the property, the unit, the asking price and whether it is for sale or rent, so a 99.co lead usually needs nothing added to it.

The one thing it does not carry is a stable reference to the listing: the link in the message is minted fresh on every tap, so the same listing produces a different link each time. PropKaki matches the property by name instead, which is why two enquiries about the same property show as one property in that person's record rather than two.

Anything the buyer types themselves after the written part comes across with it.

How do I know it is working?

The card has two honest states, and neither needs anything from you.

Listening — nothing has come in yet. The card says Waiting for your first lead from 99.co, and your next tap-through will appear in your list on its own.

Working — leads are arriving, and the card names the date of the last one.

There is no test to send here, because the trigger is a real buyer messaging your number. That is also why the card will not say Connected: every other connector can be tested the moment you set it up, and this one cannot until someone actually enquires. Listening on a quiet week is the card working, not a fault to chase.

Do I still get 99.co's own notifications?

99.co carries on exactly as it does now. Its emails still arrive, its app still notifies you, and the buyer's WhatsApp message still lands on your phone the way it always did.

PropKaki does not sit in the middle of any of that. It reads the message arriving on your own connected line and files the person alongside it.

Turning the card off stops the filing and changes nothing else. People already in your list stay where they are.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
