Can I use PropKaki inside ChatGPT or Claude?
Updated 8 September 2026
The Short Answer
Yes. Paste one link into ChatGPT or Claude, sign in and press Allow, and it answers from PropKaki — transacted prices, stamp duty, the current rules, the help articles. It reaches PropKaki, never the other way round, and spends your PropKaki credits: 1 credit per question.
The same link works in both, and nothing is charged until it looks something up.
What can it do, and what can it see?
This is the one connector that points the other way. Every other card plugs an outside account into PropKaki; this one hands ChatGPT or Claude a door into PropKaki, and nothing more:
It reaches PropKaki, never the other way round: it can ask PropKaki's property tools and read the help articles, and it cannot see your contacts, your chats or your account.
Fifteen things, in the order the connector offers them: the current rules · today's rates, with the date they are as of · transacted prices · listings on the market · find an agent · an agent's record · a valuation · a property's profile · a profitability model · what you can afford · a landed house · stamp duty · private market trends · search the help articles · read one whole.
Where do I find the link?
- Open Extensions → Connectors.
- On the ChatGPT card or the Claude card, press Connect.
- Press Copy beside the link.
It is the same link for both, so there is only ever one thing to copy:
https://www.propkaki.com/api/mcp
That dialog does not connect anything by itself — it holds the link, the price and the steps. The connecting happens in ChatGPT or Claude, and then on PropKaki's own Allow screen.
How do I add it in ChatGPT?
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors (or Plugins, if Developer mode is on) and choose New.
- Paste the PropKaki link as the server URL, set Authentication to OAuth, and create it.
- Press Connect. ChatGPT sends you to PropKaki to sign in and press Allow — that is the whole setup.
As soon as you press Allow, the ChatGPT card in Extensions → Connectors reads Connected. You do not have to ask a question first.
How do I add it in Claude?
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it PropKaki, paste the PropKaki link as the URL, and add it.
- Press Connect. Claude sends you to PropKaki to sign in and press Allow — that is the whole setup. (If Claude shows Disconnect with no tools before you have signed in, press Disconnect and then Connect — it has not asked you yet.)
As soon as you press Allow, the Claude card in Extensions → Connectors reads Connected. You do not have to ask a question first.
What does it cost?
1 credit per question — a 60-second window folds one question's calls into one credit.
It is the same balance as the app. A question you ask in ChatGPT or Claude comes out of the same monthly credits your PropKaki work does; there is no second allowance to buy or watch.
A question that needs several lookups is still one credit. If ChatGPT reads the current rules, then the rates, then three transacted prices before it answers you, that is one question and one credit.
If you have run out, PropKaki says so inside ChatGPT or Claude — PropKaki has stopped answering for now — and nothing is charged for that question.
Every plan can connect, Free included.
How do I disconnect it?
On PropKaki's side:
- Open Extensions → Connectors. The card reads Connected.
- Press Manage.
- Press Revoke beside the connection you want to end.
- Press Revoke Connection to confirm.
It stops at its next call, and it cannot be undone — to use PropKaki there again you connect it afresh and press Allow on the consent screen.
That is half of it. PropKaki will still be listed on the other side until you remove it there too:
| Where | What to open |
|---|---|
| ChatGPT | ChatGPT → Settings → Plugins |
| Claude | Claude → Customize → Connectors |
Why does Claude say Disconnect before I have signed in?
Claude sometimes shows Disconnect, and no tools, on a connector you have never signed in to. Nothing is connected and nothing has gone wrong: it has not asked you yet.
Press Disconnect, then press Connect. Claude sends you to PropKaki to sign in and press Allow — that is the whole setup.
