Where do I see my credit balance?

The Short Answer
Open Account Settings then Billing. Monthly credits is what your plan gives you and what is left of it this month; Top-up credits is anything you have bought on top. The monthly allowance is always spent first.
There are two numbers on that screen, and the difference between them matters at the end of the month.
Where is my balance?
Open Account Settings → Billing. Your balance is at the top of that screen.
What do the two numbers mean?
Monthly credits is your plan's allowance and what is left of it this month — 400 on Basic, 800 on Pro, 1,200 on Max. It refills on your billing date and does not roll over.
Top-up credits is anything you have bought in a Credit Pack. It stays until you use it.
Which is spent first?
Your monthly allowance goes first, and top-up credits are only drawn once it is gone. So a pack bought early in the month is never wasted.
