When am I not charged credits?

The Short Answer
Reading anything is free: your inbox, a client's history, a file, your sent log. Editing a draft PropKaki already wrote is free, and so is storing one. Your bot's replies are free only on Auto-Reply — they are 2 credits on Advisor and 1 on Secretary.
The short version: you pay when PropKaki produces something or delivers something. Looking and editing never cost — and of the three bot modes, one does not either.
Is reading free?
Yes. Opening your inbox, scrolling a client's history, opening a file you have uploaded, checking your sent log — none of it draws a credit. You can look at everything in PropKaki as often as you like.
Is editing a draft free?
Yes. The 1 credit is drawn when the draft is produced. After that you can rewrite it, shorten it, change the name in it and send it an hour later, all for that same 1 credit.
Asking PropKaki to draft it again from scratch is a new draft, and costs 1.
Are my bot's replies free?
Only on Auto-Reply, which reads back answers you wrote yourself — nothing runs, so nothing is charged however long a conversation goes on.
On the other two, a reply is priced by the mode you switched on: 2 credits on Advisor, 1 on Secretary. That is the same wherever your bot answers, your chat link or your WhatsApp number, and 2 is the most a client can ever cost you in one reply, whatever they ask.
Does storing files cost anything?
No. Uploading and keeping files costs nothing. A credit is only ever drawn when PropKaki does something with one — reads it into an answer, or sends it to someone.
