What does each action cost in credits?

Updated 8 September 2026

The Short Answer

A drafted message is 1 credit and a send is 1 per person. An assistant question is 2, or 5 for the deepest answers and full research reports. Paperwork, slide decks and listing videos are 10 each. A reply your bot sends a client is 2 on Advisor, 1 on Secretary.

This is the whole price list. If you want the idea behind it rather than the numbers, read How do credits work?

Why is a send counted per person?

Each person on your list gets their own message, written for them, so a send to forty people counts as forty.

The useful side of that: narrowing your list always costs you less. Writing to the right twelve people costs 12 credits, not the 40 you would have spent on everyone.

Why do some questions cost 5 instead of 2?

Most questions cost 2 credits. The heaviest — the ones that pull several sources together into a single answer, and full property research reports — cost 5. PropKaki decides which from the question itself, so there is nothing to choose.

What is not on this list?

Reading costs nothing — your inbox, a client's history, a file you have uploaded, your sent log. Editing a draft PropKaki wrote for you costs nothing. Storing files costs nothing either.

Your bot's replies are on the list above, priced by the mode you switched on. Only Auto-Reply is free, because it reads back answers you wrote and nothing runs.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
