Write a message to a prospect

Updated 4 September 2026

The Short Answer

Open the person in Prospecting then Prospects and say what you want the message to do. PropKaki writes it from their record — 1 credit. Edit it as much as you like for free, then send for 1 more.

You give the intent. PropKaki writes the sentence, for that person.

How do I write to someone?

  1. Open Prospecting and pick the person.
  2. Say what you want the message to do — "ask if they are still looking", "tell them the unit downstairs just sold".
  3. PropKaki writes it from their record.

The draft costs 1 credit.

How much say do I have over what it writes?

The draft is a starting point, not a decision. Change any of it, rewrite it entirely, cut it in half — editing costs nothing. The credit was drawn when the draft was produced.

Asking for a completely fresh draft is another 1 credit.

What makes a good instruction?

Say what the message should do, not what it should say. "Check in, it has been a month" gives PropKaki something to work with; "write hi how are you" gives it nothing it could not have guessed.

It already has their record, so you do not need to repeat what it knows.

What does it cost, end to end?

Drafted and sent to one person is 2 credits: 1 for the draft, 1 for the send. Writing it yourself and sending is 1.

To a group, the draft is still 1 and the send is 1 per person.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
