Rewrite or redraft a message

The Short Answer
Editing a draft PropKaki wrote costs nothing, however much you change. Asking it to write a new one from scratch costs 1 credit. If a draft is nearly right, edit it; ask for a redraft when you want a different angle entirely.
There are two ways to change a message, and only one of them costs anything.
What does editing cost?
Nothing. The 1 credit was drawn when the draft was produced, and it covers that draft however much you change it afterwards — a word, a paragraph, or all of it.
You can edit, leave it, come back an hour later and send. Still 1.
What does a fresh draft cost?
1 credit, the same as the first. Asking PropKaki to write it again from scratch is a new piece of work.
For a group, a redraft is 1 — not 1 per person.
Which should I use?
Edit when the draft is close and you want to change the wording, cut a line, or make it warmer.
Redraft when the angle is wrong — you asked for a check-in and want a listing update instead. Tell it what you actually want; it does not repeat itself.
Does changing the text change who it goes to?
No. The people are chosen separately from the words, so editing never quietly changes who receives it.
If you remove a blank while editing, that does change something useful: anyone who was held for that blank can now be sent to.
