Send a message to a group

The Short Answer
Press the group's ⋯ → Message and pick a Message Type: one message for everyone, one filled in for each person, or a different one each. The draft is 1 credit — 1 per person on Customised — and the send is 1 per person. Anyone missing a detail is held and reported before anything goes out.

How do I send to a group?
- In Prospecting, switch to Groups and press the group's ⋯ → Message.
- Pick what you want to do, and a Message Type.
- Press Auto Draft and review what it wrote.
- Press Send All.
Nothing goes out until you press it.
Is everyone sent the same words?
It depends on the Message Type:

It starts on Generic Message. An option that cannot work for what you picked is greyed, with its reason.
What does a group send cost?
On Generic Message or Fill-In Message: 1 credit for the draft, then 1 per person to send. A group of 40 is 41 in total.
On Customised Message: 1 per person to draft and 1 per person to send — 80 for 40.
Writing the message yourself and sending it to 40 is 40.
What if some people cannot be sent to?
They are held and named before anything goes out — no phone or email on file, a blank with nothing to fill it, an unconnected channel, a closed WhatsApp window, or an oversized attachment.
The rest still send. You are charged for the ones that went, and you can fix the held ones and send them after.
What if I run out of credits mid-group?
It stops before anything goes out and tells you how many more credits you need. Nothing is delivered half-finished.
