Why was I charged credits for that?

The Short Answer
Almost every unexpected charge is one of five things: a group send counted per person, a re-draft counted as a new draft, a Chats reply counted per message, a question that needed the deeper 5-credit answer, or a document generator at 10.
If a charge looks wrong, it is nearly always one of five. Here they are in the order people meet them.
Why did one send cost more than 1 credit?
Sending counts 1 credit per person, not 1 per send. Writing to forty people is 40 credits.
The count you see before you confirm is the real one — it is the number of people, and it is what you will be charged.
Why was I charged twice for the same message?
Drafting and sending are two things. Having PropKaki write a message is 1 credit; sending it is 1 more per person. So one message to one person, drafted by PropKaki, costs 2 in total.
Editing what it wrote costs nothing. Asking for a fresh draft is another 1.
Why did a question cost 5?
Most questions cost 2 credits. The heaviest — those pulling several sources into one answer, and full property research reports — cost 5. PropKaki decides from the question itself.
Why did replying in Chats cost credits?
Replying to a client from Chats costs 1 credit per message. Four replies in one conversation is 4.
Your bot's replies are counted separately, by the mode you switched on: 2 credits each on Advisor, 1 on Secretary, and nothing on Auto-Reply. So a busy day can draw credits without you sending anything yourself.
Why did filling in a form cost 10?
Filling in paperwork, making a slide deck and making a listing video are 10 credits each. They are the three heaviest things PropKaki makes, and the price is stated before you start.
What if it still looks wrong?
If none of these explains it, message us on WhatsApp with the day it happened. That is usually enough to find the exact charge and explain or reverse it.
