Who can see my chats and my prospects?

The Short Answer
Your chats, contacts and files are scoped to your account. No other agent can see them unless you join a team, where the host's roles decide what teammates see — and your AI chats never leave you. No client can see them, and nothing is pooled or sold as a lead. The only things that leave are what you send or share.

Can another agent see my book?
Not unless you are in a team together. On your own, your Prospecting book is yours alone.
In a team, the host gives each member one role, and a teammate on View Only or more sees your Prospecting and Inbox as far as that role reaches. Your AI chats, Alerts and Account Settings stay yours whatever the role. See What does my team never see?
Contacts are not pooled between accounts, not offered to other agents, and not sold as leads. A client only reaches a teammate's account when someone hands them over with Assign to ▸.
Can my clients see my notes?
No. A client sees the messages you send them and nothing else.
Your notes, your other contacts, your files and your drafts are invisible to them.
What does leave, then?

- Messages you send — through WhatsApp or email, as you would expect.
- Links you share — a shared chat or answer is readable by anyone with the link, with no sign-in.
Both are things you start.
What if I have staff on my account?
Anyone you add as an assistant, under Account Settings → Team → Assistants, works inside your account, so they see what the account holds — as far as their Role allows.
That is the point of adding them — but it is worth being deliberate about who you add.
Can I keep PropKaki out of a conversation entirely?
Yes. There is a list of numbers PropKaki is kept out of completely — under Account Settings → Privacy.
Add a personal number there and PropKaki never reads that thread from then on. It is reversible, and it works before you connect your line as well as after.
That includes the past chats you share when you connect the number in your WhatsApp Business app (up to 180 days of them): a conversation with a number on this list is skipped whole and never comes in.
