Who can see my chats and my prospects?

The Short Answer
Your chats, your contacts and your files are scoped to your account. No other agent can see them, no client can see them, and nothing is pooled or sold as a lead. The only things that leave are the ones you send, and the links you choose to share.
A short answer, and the two ways something does leave — both of which you start.
Can another agent see my book?
No. Your Prospecting book is yours alone.
Contacts are not pooled between accounts, not offered to other agents, and not sold as leads. There is no mechanism for it.
Can my clients see my notes?
No. A client sees the messages you send them and nothing else.
Your notes, your other contacts, your files and your drafts are invisible to them.
What does leave, then?

- Messages you send — through WhatsApp or email, as you would expect.
- Links you share — a shared chat or answer is readable by anyone with the link, with no sign-in.
Both are things you start.
What if I have staff on my account?
Anyone you have added as an operator on your account works inside it, so they see what the account holds.
That is the point of adding them — but it is worth being deliberate about who you add.
Can I keep PropKaki out of a conversation entirely?
Yes. There is a list of numbers PropKaki is kept out of completely — under Account Settings → Privacy.
Add a personal number there and PropKaki never reads that thread. It is reversible, and it works before you connect your line as well as after.
