What data does PropKaki store about me?

The Short Answer
PropKaki keeps your account details, your conversations, your contacts if you are an agent, and the files you upload. All of it is scoped to your account. Your settings under Account Settings then Privacy control what happens to your conversations, and there is a real deletion if you want everything gone.
The honest list, in the order it matters.
What is kept?
4 things:
- Your account — email address, name, and your CEA details if you verified.
- Your chats — the conversations you have had.
- Your book — your contacts, if you are an agent.
- Your files — anything you uploaded or were sent.
What is used to improve PropKaki?
Conversations, and there is a switch for it: Account Settings → Privacy → Help improve PropKaki.
Its own words are Allow your conversations to be used to improve PropKaki's answers. Turning it off applies to future conversations.
What about my clients' details?
Your contacts are held for you, as your records.
They are yours in the sense that matters legally too: under PDPA the consent and the obligations sit with you, not with PropKaki.
Can I get it out or delete it?
Both. Export Everything in Prospecting gives you the book as a CSV, and it is never behind a plan gate.
Deleting the account is under Account Settings → Privacy, and it is a real deletion.
