What data does PropKaki store about me?

6 things:

• Your account — email address, name, and your CEA details if you verified.
• Your chats — the conversations you have had.
• Your book — your prospects, if you are an agent.
• Your contacts — people you save under Inbox → ⋯ → Add Contacts, and, if you connect the number in your WhatsApp Business app, that app's contacts and up to 180 days of your past one-to-one chats.
• Your files — anything you uploaded or were sent.
• Your calendar appointments, if you connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar — each one's title (or Busy), time and location, from 30 days back to 180 days ahead. Never its description or who is invited, and Disconnect removes them.

No. Every one of those is scoped to your account.

Another agent cannot see your book, your chats or your files unless you are in a team together. Then the host's roles decide what teammates see in your account, and your AI chats never leave you. There is no pooling of leads between accounts.

Conversations, and there is a switch for it: Account Settings → Privacy → Help improve PropKaki.

Its own words are Allow your conversations to be used to improve PropKaki's answers. Turning it off applies to future conversations.

Your prospects and contacts are held for you, as your records.

They are yours in the sense that matters legally too: under PDPA the consent and the obligations sit with you, not with PropKaki.
