The Short Answer
Credit packs are for paid plans: open Account Settings then Usage and press Top up — 50 credits for S$6, landing immediately. On Free there is no pack to buy. That same row reads More credits and takes you to the plans, which start at S$40 a month for 400 credits.
A Credit Pack tops you up mid-month without changing your plan. It is a paid-plan control, so which of the two sections below applies to you depends on the plan you are on.
How do I buy a Credit Pack?
- Open Account Settings → Usage.
- Find Top-up credits, under the meter.
- Press Top up — 50 credits for S$6, one-time.
- Pay.
The credits land immediately. You can carry straight on with whatever you were doing.
This is a paid-plan control. On Free the same row reads More credits — the next section is yours.
I am on Free — where is the Credit Pack?
There is no pack to buy on Free, and nothing you can do in the app will unlock one. The row in Account Settings → Usage reads More credits rather than Top-up credits, and its button is See plans.
Free gives you 20 credits a month, up to 10 a day. The way to more is a plan: Basic is S$40 a month for 400 credits, with no daily ceiling.
If you have hit your daily 10, you do not have to decide anything today — the daily count resets tomorrow, and the rest of your month's 20 is waiting.
Where do the credits show up?
In Account Settings → Usage, as Top-up credits in your wallet — listed separately from Monthly credits above them.
Your monthly allowance is spent first. Wallet credits are only drawn once the month's are gone, so a pack bought early in the month is never wasted.
Do bought credits expire?
No. Unlike your monthly allowance, credits from a pack are not cleared at the end of the month. They sit in your wallet until you spend them.
So a pack bought for one busy week is still there next month if the week turned out quieter than you expected.
Should I buy a pack or change plan?
A pack is the right answer for one unusually busy month.
If you are buying one most months, a plan is cheaper for the same credits. A pack works out at S$0.12 a credit; every plan is S$0.10 — Basic S$40 for 400, Pro S$80 for 800, Max S$120 for 1,200.
Two packs in a month is S$12 for 100 credits. Moving from Basic to Pro is S$40 for 400 more.
