Do credits roll over?

The Short Answer
Monthly credits do not roll over — an unused balance does not carry into the next month, and your allowance refills on your billing date. Credits bought in a Credit Pack are separate and stay until you use them.
There are two kinds of credit on your account, and they behave differently at the end of the month.
Do my monthly credits carry over?
No. Your plan's credits refill on your billing date each month, and whatever you did not use does not carry into the next one.
On Basic that is 400 a month, Pro 800, Max 1,200 — each month, fresh.
Do credits I have bought carry over?
Yes. Credits from a Credit Pack are separate — they sit on your account as Top-up credits and stay there until you use them. They are not cleared at the end of the month.

Which gets used first?
Your monthly allowance goes first. Top-up credits are only drawn once the month's allowance is spent — so buying a pack early in the month never wastes it.
