Where do I find my invoices and receipts?

The Short Answer
Open Account Settings then Billing. Your 12 most recent plan invoices are listed there, newest first, and each opens as a receipt you can save or forward. A Credit Pack is a one-time payment and is not on that list: for its receipt, message us on WhatsApp with the date you bought it.
Your plan invoices and your Credit Pack receipts come from two different places.
Where are my invoices?
Open Account Settings → Billing. Your 12 most recent plan invoices are listed below your plan, newest first.
For older ones, press Manage beside Payment method. It opens Stripe, where you can download your invoices.
These are PropKaki's own bills; receipts from your own spending go in the Agent Expenses Tabulator at www.propkaki.com/agent-expenses-tabulator, which matches them to your card statement.
What is listed there?
Your plan charges — monthly, or once a year if you are on annual. Each one opens as a receipt you can save or forward to your accountant.
A Credit Pack is not on the list. It is a one-time payment, separate from your plan invoices.
Where is the receipt for a Credit Pack?
Message us on WhatsApp with the date you bought it. That is enough to find the payment and send you a receipt for it.
You will not find it under Account Settings → Billing: a pack is a one-time payment, and that list holds your plan invoices.
Can I get a receipt with my company details on it?
If you need a receipt made out to a company or with details the standard one does not carry, message us on WhatsApp with the payment date and what it needs to say.
