What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Max?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

Every paid plan gives you the whole product. They differ in credits a month: Basic S$40 for 400, Pro S$80 for 800, Max S$120 for 1,200. Free gives you 20 a month to try it. Paying annually gives you two months free, about 17% off.

There is no feature locked behind a higher plan. What changes is how much you can do in a month.

What does each plan cost, and what do I get?

PlanPer monthCredits a month
FreeS$020
BasicS$40400
ProS$80800
MaxS$1201,200

Free gives you 20 credits a month — enough to try the product properly, not enough to run a book on.

Do the higher plans unlock extra features?

No. Every paid plan gives you everything PropKaki does — the assistant, your prospects, Chats, the connectors, the document tools. Basic is full access; Pro and Max are the same product with more room in the month.

Which plan is right for me?

Work backwards from your sending. A drafted message to one person costs 2 credits all in — 1 to write it, 1 to send it.

  • Basic (400) is roughly 200 drafted-and-sent messages a month.
  • Pro (800) is roughly 400.
  • Max (1,200) is roughly 600.

Leave room for the questions you ask along the way, at 2 each.

Is annual cheaper?

Yes. Paying for a year gives you 2 months free, which works out at about 17% off the monthly price. You can switch between monthly and annual in Account Settings → Billing.
