What happens when I run out of credits?

The Short Answer
PropKaki checks what is left before it sends. If a send would take you past your balance it stops before anything goes out and tells you how many more credits you need. You are charged only for what went. A Credit Pack is 50 credits for S$6 and lands immediately.
Running out mid-month is a normal thing that happens on a busy day. It does not break anything.
Will a send go out half-finished?
No. PropKaki checks what is left before it sends, so a group that would take you past your balance stops first. You are told how many more credits you need, and nothing has gone to anyone.
Am I charged for the part that did not send?
You are charged for the messages that go out. If 12 of a group of 40 went before you ran out, you are charged 12.
How do I carry on straight away?
- Open Account Settings → Billing.
- Choose the Credit Pack — 50 credits for S$6.
It lands immediately and shows as Top-up credits, separate from your monthly allowance. Nothing holds it back, so you can finish the send you were in the middle of.
Should I top up or change plan?
A pack is the right answer for one busy month. If you are buying one most months, the next plan up is usually cheaper:
