What happens when I chat with an agent's assistant?
Updated 1 September 2026
The Short Answer
An agent's chat link opens a conversation with their own assistant, set up by them. It answers property questions the way PropKaki does, and the agent can read it and take over whenever they choose. What you say there goes to that agent, not to every agent on PropKaki.
Worth knowing before you type: this one is theirs, not yours.
Whose assistant is it?
That agent's. They set it up, they decide how it answers, and it is answering on their behalf.
It is not your own PropKaki chat, and it is not shared with any other agent.
Can the agent read it?
Yes. The conversation is theirs to read, and they can step in and reply themselves at any point.
Many do exactly that — the assistant handles the first questions and the agent takes over once it matters.
Where does what I say go?
To that agent, and to nobody else.
Other agents on PropKaki cannot see it. It is not pooled, and it is not sold as a lead to anyone.
Do I have to give my details?
No. You can ask questions without leaving a name or a number.
The assistant may ask, because that is how the agent gets back to you — but it is a question, not a gate.
How do I stop?
Send a message containing the word unsubscribe.
That takes you out of anything automated from that agent, permanently, without you having to explain yourself to anyone.
