How do I find an agent on PropKaki?

1. Open Agents in the left rail — second from the top, directly under New chat.
2. Type a name, licence no. or agency into the search.
3. Open Show and tick under Representing or Property Type.
4. Open Sort to order the list by Name, Licence no. or Agency.
5. Click a card to open that agent's profile.

The profile opens beside the list, with their track record and how to reach them. Clear filters starts over. (Agents used to sit third, under an About row that has since been retired.)

Show has two lists:

• Representing — Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants.
• Property Type — HDB, Condo, EC, Landed, Commercial, Industrial.

That is 4 and 6 respectively — the same choices agents pick from in their own settings. More ticks in one list widen the results; a tick in each list finds agents who match both. They match what each agent picked for themselves — what they want to take on now rather than everything they have ever done.

Each card shows Verified or Not Verified beside the name. Verified means PropKaki has matched the agent to that licence on CEA's public register; an unverified card shows no email or phone.

Names and agencies come from the register too. You can check a licence there yourself.

Transaction activity from the public record. The profile's Track Record shows Total deals, Last 12 mths and Years active, with Deal Mix, Represented and Most Active In below.

It tells you how busy someone has been and in what. It is not a score or a review, and the list itself is sorted by name, not ranked. Open Full Agent Profile shows the rest.

From their card, or the Contact row in their profile. Only the ways that agent has on are drawn:

• Message — a chat with their assistant, inside PropKaki; you need to be signed in.
• View Page — their page, in a new tab, no sign-in.
• Email, SMS and WhatsApp — when they show them.

Message is often the easier start: you can ask questions before deciding whether to speak to the agent directly.
