How do I find an agent on PropKaki?

Updated 8 September 2026

The Short Answer

Open Agents in the left rail. Every agent listed is CEA-verified and has chosen to appear. Narrow by what they focus on — whether they work with buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants, and whether they handle HDB, condo, EC, landed, commercial or industrial.

Everyone here is verified and chose to be here. The filtering is about fit.

Where is the directory?

Agents, in the rail on the left — second from the top, directly under New chat.

It used to sit third, under an About row. That row was retired, so Agents moved up one.

How do I narrow it down?

Two vocabularies:

  • Who they work with — Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants.
  • What they handle — HDB, Condo, EC, Landed, Commercial, Industrial.

That is 4 and 6 respectively. An agent picks their own, and they say what they want to take on now rather than everything they have ever done.

How do I know they are real?

Every profile is matched against CEA's public register before it appears.

The licence on the profile is the licence on the register. You can check it there yourself.

What do the numbers mean?

Transaction activity from the public record.

It tells you how busy someone has been and in what. It is not a score, not a review, and not something anyone paid for.

How do I get in touch?

From their profile. Many agents have a chat link, which opens a conversation with their assistant.

That is often the easier start: you can ask questions before deciding whether to speak to the agent directly.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
