What does PropKaki add to my calendar?

Updated 25 October 2026

The Short Answer

Every event in your Schedule, from today to 180 days ahead, copied into its own PropKaki calendar in Google or Outlook with its title, time, place, notes, names and listing link; a repeating one goes as one series. Change, delete or add an event there and your Schedule follows. PropKaki never sends an invitation.

PropKaki writes only into the one calendar it made, so you can colour it, hide it or delete it like any other.

Where do the events go?

Into a calendar named PropKaki, made the first time an event goes out. It shows in Google Calendar or Outlook beside your own calendars, in Singapore time, so you can give it a colour or untick it to hide it.

PropKaki writes into that calendar and nowhere else. Your main calendar and any other calendar you keep are never changed. If you delete the whole PropKaki calendar, your events stay in your Schedule: within about 10 minutes PropKaki makes the calendar again and puts them back.

Which events are copied?

Every event in your Schedule, from today to 180 days ahead, the moment you connect. After that, each one you add, change or delete follows within a minute:

  • events you add with Add Event;
  • the amber viewings your assistant pencils in for a client — their notes say they are not yet confirmed;
  • the webinars you add to your page;
  • events that repeat: each goes as one repeating event, so Google or Outlook shows the series as its own, and each time it happens is matched to the one in your Schedule.

Appointments that came in from Google or Outlook are never sent back out.

What does each copy carry?

On the copyFrom your event
Title, date and timethe same
LocationLocation
ReminderReminder, so Google or Outlook reminds you on your phone
Descriptionyour Notes, then a line — From PropKaki — with With: and the names of the People on it, and the Listing Link

The people are names in the description only. The — From PropKaki — line appears only when the event has people or a listing: what is above it is your Notes, and what is below it is PropKaki's.

Will my client get an invitation?

No. A client or a co-broke agent on an event appears in the copy's description as a name, not as a guest, so Google and Outlook send nobody an invitation or an update — not when it is added, moved or deleted. The copy lives in your calendar alone, and only the PropKaki calendar holds it.

What if I change a copy inside Google or Outlook?

Move a copy, rename it or change its place in the PropKaki calendar, and your Schedule follows within about 10 minutes: its date, time, title and location, and its description as your Notes. Delete it there and it is deleted from your Schedule too.

Make a copy repeat there and each time it happens becomes its own event in your Schedule: the first is your event, and the rest join it with the same type, people and listing. Change or delete one of them in either place and only that one changes. Change or delete the whole series there and every one of them follows.

A repeating event you made in PropKaki works the same way: change or delete one time it happens there and only that one follows in your Schedule; change the whole series there, its title or its time, and each one follows. How often it repeats and when it ends are changed in PropKaki. In PropKaki, This Event changes only that time there, and All Events changes the whole series there.

Two things stay PropKaki's:

  • The names and the listing link, the lines below — From PropKaki —. Change them in PropKaki.
  • Webinars. Their time and page live on your page, so change or delete a webinar in PropKaki. An edit to its copy in Google or Outlook is not read back, and your next save in PropKaki puts its version back.

If you change the same event in both places before PropKaki catches up, the later change wins.

Moving a copy into your main calendar takes it out of PropKaki: it then shows in your Schedule as one of your own Google or Outlook appointments.

What if I add an event straight into the PropKaki calendar?

Add an event to the PropKaki calendar in Google Calendar or Outlook, or move one there from your main calendar, and within about 10 minutes it shows in your Schedule as one of your own events, of the type Other: its title, date and time, and its location. From then on it is like any event you added in PropKaki: change or delete it in either place and the other follows.

Its description comes in as its Notes, and from then on the two stay the same both ways. Its guests stay in Google or Outlook; PropKaki doesn't read them.

A repeating event comes in once for each time it happens, from 30 days back to 180 days ahead, and more arrive as the days go by. A cancelled event is not brought in.

To stop events going out altogether, disconnect the card in Extensions → Connectors.
