Connect Outlook Calendar

Updated 25 October 2026

The Short Answer

Open Extensions then Connectors and open the Outlook Calendar card. Sign in to Microsoft with the account your calendar is in and allow the calendar permission. Your PropKaki events then appear in a calendar called PropKaki in Outlook, and your Outlook appointments appear in your Schedule with their titles.

This is a separate card from Outlook mail: connecting one does not connect the other.

How do I connect Outlook Calendar?

  1. Open Extensions → Connectors and open the Outlook Calendar card. It sits after Google Calendar.
  2. Press Connect Outlook Calendar.
  3. Sign in to Microsoft with the account your calendar is in — a work account or a personal Outlook.com one.
  4. Allow PropKaki to add a calendar called “PropKaki”, and to see your appointments.

You land back on Connectors with the card reading Connected and your Microsoft address under its name. Microsoft runs the sign-in, so PropKaki never sees your password.

What happens once it is connected?

  • Out: every event in your Schedule from today to 180 days ahead is added to a new calendar called PropKaki in Outlook. An event you add, change or delete in PropKaki follows within a minute.
  • In: the appointments in your main Outlook calendar appear in your Schedule with their titles and locations, grey, marked From Outlook with Outlook's logo. They are checked every 10 minutes.

An Outlook appointment cannot be changed from PropKaki. Open it and press Edit in Outlook.

I already connected Outlook for email. Do I need this too?

Yes. The Outlook card sends email as you; the Outlook Calendar card handles your calendar. Microsoft asks for each permission separately, so connecting the calendar does not ask you to approve your mail again, and disconnecting one leaves the other working.

What if Microsoft says nothing was connected?
