Disconnect your calendar

Updated 25 October 2026

The Short Answer

Open the Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar card in Extensions then Connectors, press Disconnect, and confirm. Your Google or Outlook appointments leave your Schedule and new events stop going out. Your own PropKaki events stay, and the events already added stay in the PropKaki calendar, where you can delete them.

Nothing you made in PropKaki is lost: disconnecting removes only the copies that came in.

How do I disconnect it?

  1. Open Extensions → Connectors and open the Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar card. It reads Manage when connected.
  2. Press Disconnect Google Calendar or Disconnect Outlook Calendar.
  3. PropKaki asks once: Disconnect Google Calendar? Press Disconnect Google Calendar again to confirm, or Cancel.

The card goes back to Connect.

What changes when I disconnect?

After you disconnect
Your Google or Outlook appointments in the ScheduleLeave your Schedule
Your own PropKaki eventsStay, unchanged
New eventsStop going to Google Calendar or Outlook
Events PropKaki already addedStay in the PropKaki calendar in Google or Outlook, where you can delete them

Your assistant also stops seeing those appointments as busy time.

How do I remove the PropKaki calendar?

PropKaki leaves it alone after you disconnect, so remove it where it lives. In Google Calendar, open the PropKaki calendar's settings and delete it. In Outlook, right-click PropKaki under your calendars and delete it. Your own calendars are not affected.

Does it disconnect Google Drive or Outlook mail?

No. Disconnecting Google Calendar leaves Google Drive attaching files, even when both use the same Google account. Disconnecting Outlook Calendar leaves the Outlook mail card sending as before.

To come back, open the card and connect again: the events from today to 180 days ahead go out again and your appointments come back in.

Still Stuck?
