What does each part of PropKaki do?

Updated 8 September 2026

The Short Answer

The left rail runs: New chat, Agents, Chats, Prospecting, Workspace and Extensions. Workspace holds Files, Schedule and Free Tools. Extensions holds Connectors, Templates, Automations and Alerts. Both of those ship collapsed, which is why people cannot find Files at first.

A tour of the rail. Two of these are collapsed when you arrive, which explains most of the not-finding.

What is at the top?

  • New chat — start a fresh conversation.
  • Agents — the directory of property agents.
  • My Page — your own public page. Drawn only for CEA-licensed agents.
  • Leads — verified agents only.

About is no longer in the rail — it was retired, and Agents moved up to second. The same page is still there at propkaki.com/about, and the PropKaki logo at the top of the rail is the way out to the site.

What is Chats?

Chats is an agent's inbox: everyone who has written to you, across your WhatsApp line and your chat link, folded into one row per person.

A dot means you have not opened it.

What is Prospecting?

Prospecting is your contacts and the composer you write to them from — one person, a group, or your whole book.

It is where a message gets drafted, checked and sent.

What is under Workspace?

Workspace is a group, not a screen, and it ships collapsed. Click it and you get:

  • Files — everything you have uploaded or been sent.
  • Schedule — your calendar.
  • Free Tools — the standalone calculators.

If you cannot find Files, this is why.

What is under Extensions?

Extensions is the other collapsed group, and it holds the 4 things you set up once:

  • Connectors — WhatsApp, your inbox, Google Drive, Telegram, the 3 listing portals (PropertyGuru, EdgeProp and 99.co), and ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Templates — approved wording for WhatsApp.
  • Automations — standing instructions to your clients.
  • Alerts — standing instructions to you.

Where are my account settings?

Account Settings holds 10 tabs: Account, Personalisation, Usage, Billing, Feedback, Privacy, Verification, Public Listing, Styles and Team.

Five are not there for everyone:

  • Public Listing needs a licensed agent account — it is what publishes your licence number to the directory.
  • Styles and Team need a verified account. Agency staff count here too.
  • Billing and Verification belong to the account owner, so an assistant on a shared account does not see them.

Each article that touches a setting names the tab, so you never have to hunt.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
