How do I set up PropKaki as an agent?

The Short Answer
Sign up with your email, verify your CEA licence under Account Settings then Verification, connect at least one channel under Extensions then Connectors, and send your first message from Prospecting. If the register already matches you, the first two steps are largely done for you.
Fifteen minutes, and you can stop after any step and come back.
Step 1 — how do I sign up?
Go to sign up and enter your email address. Press Email me a sign up link and click the link that arrives.
There is no password to invent or forget.
Step 2 — how do I verify my licence?
Open Account Settings → Verification and give your CEA registration number.
PropKaki checks it against the public register. If your details already match, this can be done before you press anything — the widget in the corner will show you at 2 of 4 on your first visit.
Step 3 — which channel do I connect?
Open Extensions → Connectors and connect at least one of: your WhatsApp number, your inbox (Gmail, Outlook or Zoho), Google Drive, Telegram, or a listing portal (PropertyGuru, EdgeProp or 99.co).
WhatsApp and your inbox are the two that matter most — they are how messages actually leave.
The three portal cards need nothing at the portal itself; they read the enquiries that already arrive on your WhatsApp number, so connect that one first.
Step 4 — how do I send something?
Open Prospecting, add one contact, and draft a message to them.
Read it, change what you want, and send. That round trip is the whole product in miniature — and it costs 2 credits, 1 to draft and 1 to send.
What should I not do on day one?
Leave Automations and Alerts alone until you have sent a few messages by hand.
They all arrive switched off on purpose. Turn one on once you know what a good message from you looks like — then the automation can copy it.
