The Short Answer
PropKaki runs in any browser on any device, and it answers on WhatsApp too. Agents can also give clients a chat link that opens a conversation with their own bot. It is one account across all of them, and your chats follow you.
Three doors onto the same thing. What differs is mostly the size of the screen.
Can I use it in a browser?
Yes, and it is the fullest version — every screen in the rail is there.
It works on a phone browser too; the rail collapses to fit.
Can I use it on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message the assistant on WhatsApp and it answers the same property questions, from the same 6 public sources.
What WhatsApp cannot do is show you a screen — so anything that is a table or a tool lives in the browser.
What is a chat link?
An agent can share a link that opens a conversation with their PropKaki — set up by them, answering as their assistant.
If you arrived through one of those, you are talking to that agent's bot, and they can pick the conversation up themselves at any point.
Do my chats follow me between devices?
Yes. Sign in on a laptop and a phone and it is 1 account — the same chats, the same files.
Without an account, a conversation lives only in that browser.
Is anything only in one place?
The agent side — Prospecting, Extensions, Files — is browser only.
What WhatsApp gives an agent is the other direction: it is where your clients reach you, and where an automation can nudge you.
