Is PropKaki for buyers or for agents?
Updated 1 September 2026
The Short Answer
PropKaki has two halves. If you are moving home, you use the chat: ask about a block, a policy, a plan, and get an answer with its sources. If you are a property agent, you get that plus a whole client-work side — contacts, messages, templates, automations and a bot for your line.
This is the most confusing thing about PropKaki at first glance, so here it is plainly.
I am buying or renting — what do I use?
The chat, and nothing else.
Ask about a block, a school catchment, a policy, whether your sums work. You will never need Prospecting, Extensions or any of the agent side — it is there because agents pay for it, not because you have to learn it.
I am an agent — what is different for me?
You get the same chat, plus:
- Chats — your inbox of clients across WhatsApp and your chat link.
- Prospecting — your book, and the messages you write from it.
- Extensions — Connectors, Templates, Automations and Alerts.
- Agents — your public profile in the directory.
Most of it needs your CEA licence verified first.
Will an agent see my questions?
No. Your chats are yours alone — no agent sees them, and nothing you ask is passed to anybody.
If you choose to speak to an agent through PropKaki, that is a separate thing you start.
Can I be both?
Yes. It is one account.
The agent half appears once your CEA licence is verified under Account Settings → Verification. Before that you have the chat, which is what most people need anyway.
