The Short Answer
Four kinds: Someone Writes To You, Someone Leaves Their Details, Someone Goes Quiet, and Meta Answers About A Template. Each one can watch particular doors — your WhatsApp line, your inbox, your chat link — and each can be narrowed to particular people rather than everyone.
Here is what each kind watches, so you can pick the one that matches what you keep checking for.
What does Someone Writes To You watch?
An incoming message. It can watch two doors:
- Your WhatsApp Line
- Your Inbox
Tick one or both. This is the alert most agents turn on first, because it is the one that keeps you out of the app.
What does Someone Leaves Their Details watch?
Somebody handing over a name and a number — the moment a stranger becomes a lead. It watches:
- Your WhatsApp Line
- Your Chat Link
If you share your chat link on a listing or in a bio, this is the alert that tells you it worked.
What does Someone Goes Quiet watch?
The absence of a reply. By default it counts 14 days of silence, and you can change that number in the panel.
It is the only one of the four that fires because nothing happened.
What does Meta Answers About A Template watch?
Meta's verdict on a template you submitted. Three outcomes:
- Approved
- Needs A Change
- Paused
Approval usually takes minutes, so this alert saves you refreshing Extensions → Templates to find out.
Can I have more than one of the same kind?
Yes. Press New Alert as many times as you like.
A common setup is two of the same kind: one narrowed to your live buyers reaching you on Telegram, and a second covering everyone else that stays In The App.
