What can PropKaki alert me about?

The Short Answer
As an agent, eight types. New Message, New Lead, No Reply and Template Update watch your clients and your templates; New Listings, New Transactions, Property News and Market Update watch the market. Each can be narrowed — to certain doors, certain people or a waiting period — and you can make more than one of each.
Here is what each kind watches, so you can pick the one that matches what you keep checking for.
What does New Message watch?
An incoming message. Its On field lists five doors, all ticked to start:
- My WhatsApp Line
- My Mailbox
- My Chat Link
- My Facebook Page
- My Instagram
Its From field narrows it to Groups or Individuals, or leaves it on Everyone. It reaches you on WhatsApp, Telegram or Email. Turn this one on first: it is the one that stops you checking for replies.
What does New Lead watch?
Someone new getting in touch — the moment a stranger becomes a lead. Its From field lists six doors, all ticked to start:
- My WhatsApp Line — a stranger messages your WhatsApp line, or leaves their details with your assistant there
- My Chat Link — someone leaves their details with your assistant on your chat link
- My Lead Ads — someone fills in your Meta lead ad form. Every submission counts, even from someone already in your list
- My Facebook Page — someone messages your Facebook Page for the first time
- My Instagram — someone messages your Instagram for the first time
- My Mailbox — someone emails your connected mailbox for the first time
A second message from the same person, or a message from someone already in your list, is not a new lead. A first message from someone new raises New Message as well, if you have both on.
The alert says who and how. Marcus Tan filled in your lead form shows their number and email beneath, and opens their profile. Marcus Tan messaged your Facebook Page — or messaged your Instagram, emailed you, messaged your WhatsApp line — quotes their first words and opens the Inbox. An enquiry from a portal such as PropertyGuru starts Enquired on PropertyGuru. Someone who leaves their details with your assistant reads Marcus Tan left their details.
On WhatsApp it reads: Hi [your name], you have a new lead. [Their name] got in touch, and their details are in your app.
What does No Reply watch?
Someone you wrote to who has not replied since. Its After field sets the wait — 7, 14, 21, 30, 60 or 90 days, starting at 14 days — and its From field can narrow it to certain people.
It counts from the last time you wrote to them, and names each person once, when their silence crosses the line. Unlike New Message and New Lead, it fires because nothing happened.
What does Template Update watch?
Meta's verdict on a template you submitted. Its When a Template field lists three answers:
- Is Approved
- Needs a Change
- Is Paused
Untick the ones you do not need to hear about. This alert saves you checking Extensions → Templates to find out.
What about the market alerts?
The last four in New Alert are there for everyone with a PropKaki account, not only agents:
- New Listings — a home goes on the market
- New Transactions — a home sells or gets rented
- Property News — property news breaks
- Market Update — new market figures come out

Can I have more than one of the same kind?
Yes. Press New Alert again and narrow each one differently — say, one New Message for your live buyers on Telegram, and another for one group on WhatsApp.
Alerts add up and never cancel each other out. When a message matches two of them, it reaches every channel the pair names, so a second alert left on Everyone also catches the people the first one names. The panel says so under Alert Me On: Another alert watches this too.
